Order Processing
Orders are processed within 2–4 business days.
Monthly subscription boxes ship on a set schedule, typically during the first week of each month.
Processing times may vary slightly during holidays or busy seasons, but we always work to ship your order as quickly as possible.
Shipping Methods
We ship using trusted carriers such as USPS and UPS, depending on package size and destination.
Once shipped, most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days.
You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is on its way.
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are calculated during checkout based on order weight, size, and destination. Occasional promotions may include free or discounted shipping, which will be clearly displayed at checkout.
Domestic Shipping Only
Gem Fired currently ships only within the United States. If you're outside the U.S. and hoping to order in the future, let us know — we’re growing, and we’d love to expand!
Damaged or Missing Items
We package every item carefully, but if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with:
A photo of the damaged item
A photo of the packaging and shipping box
Your order number
We’ll gladly replace the item or offer another fair solution.
If your package is marked delivered but can’t be located, please:

Contact your local post office
Contact us and we’ll assist however we can
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping information before confirming your order. Gem Fired is not responsible for packages sent to incorrectly entered addresses.
Returns & Refund Policy
At Gem Fired, we want you to feel empowered, supported, and excited with every item you receive. Below is our straightforward, customer-friendly policy.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns on most items within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify:
Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
Subscription boxes, sale items, and digital products are final sale and cannot be returned.
Because crystals are natural, variations in size, color, and shape are not considered defects — they’re part of what makes each piece unique.

Once approved, we’ll send return instructions.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (incorrect or defective item).
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos.
We will replace the item or provide a suitable solution as quickly as possible.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you'd like a different item, simply return your product for a refund and place a new order.
